We determined that crafted items that were in the process of being recrafted or in a mailbox at the time of the original hotfix could not be targeted by that fix.
A second hotfix that does not have this limitation is currently in the process of being deployed, and impacted items should be upgradable with Ascendant Voidcores shortly (if not already).
