Main Hand enchantments

Enchant Weapon - Celestial Guidance
Permanently enchants a weapon to sometimes increase your primary stat by 5% when attacking, or using spells and abilities.
Enchant Weapon - Sinful Revelation
Permanently enchants a weapon to sometimes cause your attacks to reveal the sins of your target, causing them to suffer an additional 6% damage from you for 10 sec.

Whenever you attempt to chill a target, you gain Bone Chilling, increasing spell damage you deal by 0.5% for 8 sec, stacking up to 10 times.
You can no longer summon your Water Elemental, but Frostbolt, Ice Lance, and Flurry deal 25% increased damage.
Causes a whirl of icy wind around the enemy, dealing 1,688 Frost damage to the target and reduced damage to all other enemies within 8 yards, and freezing them in place for 2 sec.
Ice Barrier increases your armor by 200% while active, and Ice Block applies Ice Barrier to you when it fades.
Teleports you 20 yards forward, unless something is in the way. Unaffected by the global cooldown and castable while casting.
Makes your next Mage spell with a cast time shorter than 10 sec castable while moving. Unaffected by the global cooldown and castable while casting.
Magical energy flows through you while in combat, building up to 20% increased damage and then diminishing down to 4% increased damage, cycling every 10 sec.
Increases the target's chance to critically hit with spells by 5% for 30 min. When the target critically hits your Intellect and chance to critically hit with spells is increased by 5% for 10 sec. Cannot be cast on self. Limit 1 target.
Rune of Power
Places a Rune of Power on the ground for 12 sec which increases your spell damage by 40% while you stand within 8 yds. Casting Icy Veins will also create a Rune of Power at your location.
Frostbolt grants you Fingers of Frost and Brain Freeze 20% more often.
Your Ice Lances against frozen targets increase the damage of your Ice Lances by 3% for 10 sec, stacking up to 5 times.
Launch a bolt of ice at the enemy, dealing 1,894 Frost damage and granting you Brain Freeze.
All of your chilling effects reduce the target's movement speed by an additional 10%.
Frost Nova now has 2 charges.
Ring of Frost
Summons a Ring of Frost for 10 sec at the target location. Enemies entering the ring are incapacitated for 10 sec. Limit 10 targets. When the incapacitate expires, enemies are slowed by 65% for 4 sec.
Frozen Orb makes Blizzard instant cast and increases its damage done by 60% for 12 sec.
Your Ice Lance and Icicles now deal 5% increased damage, and hit a second nearby target for 65% of their damage. Your Ebonbolt and Glacial Spike also hit a second nearby target for 80% of its damage.
Calls down a series of 7 icy comets on and around the target, that deals up to 2,760 Frost damage to all enemies within 6 yds of its impacts.
Icy Veins' duration is increased by 10 sec. Your Ice Lances against frozen targets extend your Icy Veins by an additional 1 sec.
Ray of Frost
Channel an icy beam at the enemy for 4.6 sec, dealing 1,128 Frost damage every 0.9 sec and slowing movement by 70%. Each time Ray of Frost deals damage, its damage and snare increases by 10%. Generates 2 charges of Fingers of Frost over its duration.
Conjures a massive spike of ice, and merges your current Icicles into it. It impales your target, dealing 2,786 damage plus all of the damage stored in your Icicles, and freezes the target in place for 4 sec. Damage may interrupt the freeze effect. Requires 5 Icicles to cast. Passive: Ice Lance no longer launches Icicles.

The duration of incoming interrupt, snare, and root effects are reduced by 25%.
Friends in Low Places
You loot 20% more Infused Rubies, and dredgers throughout Revendreth offer you an expanded selection of goods.
While in combat, you gain a stack of Thrill Seeker every 2 sec, or 4 stacks on killing an enemy. At 40 stacks Thrill Seeker is consumed to grant you Euphoria, increasing your Haste by 20% for 10 sec. Thrill Seeker decays rapidly while you are not in combat.
Field of Blossoms
Shifting Power puts flowers at your feet for 7.5 sec that increase your Haste by 12% while you stand with them.
When you take damage that would kill you, instead rejuvenate within a wildseed, regaining 30% of HP over 10 sec. If the wildseed takes more than 9,820 damage during this time, you die. This effect may only occur once every 10 min.
After spending 60 sec in a rested area, you gain 20% increased movement speed for 30 min.
When your roots, stuns, and incapacitating class effects expire or are dispelled, your target's movement speed is reduced by 90%, decaying rapidly over 2 sec.

Increases the damage of Ice Lance against frozen enemies by 6.8%.
While Icy Veins is active, your critical hits reduce its cooldown by 1.27 sec.
Each time a Mirror of Torment is consumed your spell damage is increased by 3.0% for 10 sec, stacking 3 times.

Gain a shield that absorbs 6.8% of your maximum health for 15 sec after you Blink.
While inside Ice Block, you heal for 77% of your maximum health over the duration.
Your Barriers heal you for 40% of the damage absorbed.

Flow of Time
The cooldown of Blink is reduced by 3.4 sec.
